Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. Every piece you see on our website is photographed to show its true colour, design, and finish. As our jewellery often features natural stones, slight variations may occur, which add to the uniqueness of each piece.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a digital receipt via email. You can also view your purchase history by logging into your Zephyra account.

How can I return an item?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incomplete. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Popular designs may be restocked depending on material availability. If you’d like to be notified, click the “Notify Me” option on the product page.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship across Pakistan. Orders to major cities usually arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch, while remote areas may take longer. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, Complimentary gift wrapping is available on request. Simply select the option at checkout or let us know when placing your order.

How do I care for my jewellery?
