Order Cancellations

  • Custom or made-to-order designs cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • Ready-to-ship pieces may only be cancelled before the order is processed. Once processed, cancellation is not possible.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incomplete on arrival.
  • The item does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

To apply for a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via email at info@zephyrajewelry.com or WhatsApp at 03255065000 with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once approved by our customer care team, you’ll be asked to send the item back to our warehouse in its original condition and packaging.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and free from any signs of wear or alteration.

Exchanges typically take 7–10 working days to process once the item is received.

Refunds

  • We generally offer exchanges or store credit.
  • A refund may only be issued if an exchange or replacement is not possible.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on your payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalised pieces.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased on sale or promotion.

Shipping Returns

Please send approved returns.

We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
